Sticky Fingers Cooking® (SFC) and its affiliates and independently owned and operated affiliates (described in Attachment B) are committed to providing exceptional cooking classes and experiences for children across the United States. This Terms of Service agreement governs the use of our website, services, and associated content. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Attachment B: Definition of SFC Holdco, LLC, Sticky Fingers Cooking® (SFC), and Independently Owned and Operated Affiliates

SFC Holdco, LLC and Sticky Fingers Cooking® (SFC):

• SFC Holdco, LLC is the parent entity of Sticky Fingers Cooking® (SFC). SFC refers to the central organization responsible for developing and managing the Sticky Fingers Cooking® program, curriculum, and brand standards. SFC may operate its own cooking classes, events, and programs, and provide support and resources to independently owned and operated affiliates.

Independently Owned and Operated Affiliates:

• Independently owned and operated affiliates of SFC Holdco, LLC and Sticky Fingers Cooking® (SFC) refer to separate legal entities that have entered into franchise agreements or other contractual arrangements to operate under the Sticky Fingers Cooking brand. These affiliates are independently owned and responsible for their own operations, including the management of facilities, staffing, class scheduling, and customer relations. While affiliates adhere to the overall brand standards and program guidelines set forth by SFC, they operate as separate entities and may have their own policies, procedures, and pricing structures.

2. Eligibility

The website and its services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using this site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Site

Permitted Use:

• You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as reviewing available classes, registering for events, or accessing resources provided by Sticky Fingers Cooking®.

Sticky Fingers Cooking® (SFC) and its affiliates and independently owned and operated affiliates (described in Attachment B) are distinct legal entities. SFC may provide support and resources, but each affiliate is responsible for its own operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer relations. SFC is not liable for actions or omissions by independently owned and operated affiliates.

5. Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Trade Secrets

SFC operates under SFC Holdco, LLC, and all trademarks associated with SFC are owned by Real V Texas, LLC, a subsidiary of SFC Holdco, LLC. The curriculum, online recipes, instructional materials, and other proprietary content are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. By accessing or using the website, you agree to the following:

• Copyright and Proprietary Rights: All recipes, course content, instructional materials, and other resources provided by SFC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally. Unauthorized use of these materials, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from SFC is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to legal action, including injunctions, damages, and attorney’s fees.
• Trade Secrets and Confidentiality: The curriculum, recipes, instructional content, and business processes developed by SFC are proprietary trade secrets. You acknowledge that these materials are confidential and of significant commercial value to SFC. You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any proprietary information obtained through participation in SFC programs or use of the website. Unauthorized use, dissemination, or disclosure of these trade secrets is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate legal action.
• Non-Commercial Use: The recipes, curriculum, and materials provided by SFC are intended for personal, educational, and non-commercial use only. Any use of SFC's proprietary information for business or commercial purposes without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Trademark Protection: The Sticky Fingers Cooking® name, logo, and other brand identifiers are trademarks owned by Real V Texas, LLC. Unauthorized use of SFC’s trademarks constitutes trademark infringement and may result in legal action.
• No License Granted: Accessing this website does not grant you any license or other rights in SFC's intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SFC follows health and safety guidelines. Participants must inform us of food allergies in advance. Parents are responsible for managing their child’s dietary needs.

11. Liability for Class Cancellations or Modifications

SFC may cancel, reschedule, or modify classes/events due to unforeseen circumstances. SFC is not liable for additional costs or inconvenience caused by such changes.

12. Code of Conduct for Parents and Participants

Parents, guardians, and children are expected to behave respectfully during classes. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds or cancellations are subject to our policy on the event registration page. SFC reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds.

14. Limitation of Liability for Digital Content

SFC is not liable for damages from using or inability to use digital content.

15. Limitation of Liability

SFC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to website or service use.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
